This Saturday turn day property located in the Sound Shores neighborhood everything you will need to create a lasting family vacation memory. The first and second story decks flow into each other providing painless access to the backyard boat slips. Underneath the home is a picnic table to appreciate some shade and the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the boat or at the beach. Unwind and relax in this elegantly decorated, sun drenched bungalow featuring a reverse floor plan with an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. Directly off the living room is a sunroom ideal for catching up on the latest novels. The master bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom and has a separate entrance to the top deck.
