- When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to inspire more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Remember to be objective.
