This freshly restored 100-year-old bungalow has a sizable new kitchen and upstairs addition with porches on each floor. The second floor has a big bedroom, full bathroom, and an artist/writer/yoga work area. The top floor bedroom has a view of Silver Lake Harbor, Pamlico Sound, and pretty surrounding marshes.
