Conveniences include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, three flat-screen TVs with cable service, and a DVD. The kitchen features granite countertops and a gas stove. Washer and dryer.

The screened porch offers seating and a tiki bar. Shared outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and fish cleaning bench.
