We welcome Dunn In The Sun to our rental program in 2023! Dunn In The Sun is a two-bedroom home that is ideal for couples or modest families conveniently located within walking distance of stores and eateries. Savor a short walk to the Ocracoke Coffee Company. Animals are welcome, so your furry companions can join you and appreciate the enclosed yard. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: 2 with Queen. Conveniences include window air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and complimentary wireless internet access. Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are included. Beds are made for your arrival. Dunn In The Sun offers a screened porch, picnic table, enclosed yard, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grille, and fish cleaning bench. Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 Family Pets. No Smoking. Limit of 2 cars. Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at the time of booking. Short Stays are available; there is a three-nighttime minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Property Layout: Single story home. Two bedrooms each with a Queen Bed. Ocracoke is home to this vacation home. British Cemetery and Fort Ocracoke Monument are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Springer's Point Preserve. Ocracoke Pony Pens and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.

  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
