Makin' Memories is located in a private neighborhood that is a pleasant bicycle or golf cart ride to fabulous eateries, unique stores and galleries, and historical attractions. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King, one with Queen, and one with two Twins. Sunroom with Daybed with Trundle (2 Twins), and mini-split. The generous list of amenities includes complimentary wireless internet access, 4 TVs with cable service (plus one for streaming), central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. Sheets and towels are included. Beds are made for your arrival. Exterior amenities include a screened porch, covered decks, a rooftop deck, picnic table, gas grille, outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench, and enclosed yard. Covered parking. No Smoking/Vaping. • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a great stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
