This modern island home has an open floor plan downstairs, vaulted ceilings in the great room and bedrooms, handsome wood trim, roomy kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. There are three decks and two screened-in porches with rocking chairs and deck swings. The upstairs deck/porch offers vistas across the marsh to the ocean. The main floor offers an open kitchen, two dining areas, a comfortable living area, working office space and den that can be closed off with French doors. The den can be converted into an additional sleeping space with both a double and queen-sized futon. Freshen up after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. This Saturday turn day property does not provide linens or towels, please inquire about rental options.
